History and Home Link Party

It’s time for week # 39 of the History and Home Link Party, the place for bloggers to share their stories about:

  • home decor
  • home DIY
  • antiques and vintage finds
  • history and historic places

I’m so glad you’re here to share and read along!

For last week’s “history” feature, I just have to pick Jennie’s incredible Disney ferris wheel.  It brings back wonderful memories for me, as I’m sure it must for many others who grew up with the Mickey Mouse Club (original and 70s version) and trips to see the Mouse.

And for last week’s “home” feature, Sandra’s complete reinvention of an old sofa nearly made me fall outta my chair!

Thank you for all the great feedback last week regarding my question about the party itself.  You may notice some changes, including longer link-up time, which I hope everyone likes and I hope brings each participant more readers.  Take care ~ Dawn

  2. Dawn, I really appreciate you hosting this party and allowing us to have another place to share our posts. Have a great week!

  3. Hi Dawn, after a self-correcting blip in my Blogger reading list disappearing/reappearing, I’m back on a roll. Thank you for hosting and spreading the inspiration. My laundry room really isn’t huge, I just stand on the loo, sink and dryer to take long shot photos, lol!
